    How to register, step by step

    Registering takes about 5 minutes. You can pay now or later: without a UTR your ID ends in -PENDING_PAYMENT; once you add it, your status becomes CONFIRMED.

    Before you start
    • Access to your email inbox for a 6-digit code (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook and others all work).
    • Your batch year: the year you left or passed out.
    • A recent passport-size photo (optional but recommended).
    • Your payment reference (UTR) if you've already paid. If not, you can add it later.

    Your answers are saved on this device as you type, so you can come back later.

    Filling in the form
    1. Personal details: name, maiden name if any, date of birth, gender, citizenship and an optional photo.
    2. School: choose your batch year (1966 to 2026) and highest class completed.
    3. Contact: WhatsApp number with country code (e.g. +91 98765 43210), then verify your email, and your address.
    4. Attendance: the day(s) you'll attend (7th, 8th, 9th December or all three) and any family coming with you.
    5. Programme: whether you'd like to perform, speak, volunteer or write for the souvenir.
    6. Fee & payment: ₹200, ₹400, ₹500, ₹800 or another amount of ₹500 or more, then UPI or NEFT / IMPS. The fee is for the alumnus only.
    7. Declaration: tick it, check your typed signature, answer the quick check and tap Submit registration.

    A green Done tick appears on each completed section. If something is missing, the page takes you to it.

    Verifying your email & the quick check
    1. Type your email and tap Verify email.
    2. Find the email "Your verification code" from Barbil Tours (check spam or promotions too).
    3. Type the 6 digits. You'll see Email verified.

    Codes expire after 15 minutes. Use send a new code if needed. The quick check above the Submit button is a simple sum; tap New question for a different one.

    Paying the patronage fee & UTR formats

    Every UTR is verified offline against the school's bank statement. If it can't be matched, we'll contact you on WhatsApp or email.

    Adding your UTR later
    1. Pay by UPI or bank transfer.
    2. Open Already registered? Add your payment reference on this page.
    3. Enter your registration ID and the email you registered with.
    4. Choose how you paid, enter the UTR and tap Update my registration.
