Job Description

Barbil Tours is looking for an experienced and dynamic Tour Operations Associate Manager to manage end-to-end tour operations, vendor coordination, and customer service execution. The ideal candidate should have experience in travel operations, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple tours efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily tour operations and scheduling

  • Coordinate with local guides, hotels, transport vendors, and partners

  • Handle bookings, confirmations, and documentation

  • Monitor tour budgets and control operational costs

  • Ensure smooth tour execution and high customer satisfaction

  • Resolve on-ground operational issues promptly

  • Prepare operational and revenue reports

  • Assist in developing new tour packages and itineraries
